Cancellation Policy. Cancellations that are received 14 or more calendar days prior to the course start date will not be subject to a cancellation fee. Refunds will be made in full or registrants can elect to receive a full credit towards a future course. Because costs are incurred by Oak Leaf in the two weeks prior to the course date, any cancellations made less than 14 calendar days prior to the course start date receives a 75% credit towards a future Oak Leaf course registration. Participants that do not show up for a course will receive a credit equal to 25% of the paid course fees to be applied towards a future Oak Leaf course. In the case that a course is cancelled by Oak Leaf, registrants will receive a full refund or a full credit towards another course to be held at a future date. Acceptance of this registration policy includes the understanding that Oak Leaf will not be held liable for any cancellation fees incurred by the registrants for travel and accommodation expenses should a course be cancelled.
